We kindly ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the fee. If we are unavailable at the time of your call, please leave a message so that we can acknowledge that you have cancelled your appointment and we can arrange to reschedule.
We understand that some clients are unable to get to the clinic for their appointments for various reasons. We offer Tele-Health and home visits for some of our services. Please contact us for further information.
Yes, we have a HICAPS machine onsite to process your claims through your private health insurance company instantly.
Please note not all private health insurance companies are registered with HICAPS.
We accept Cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, Worksafe, TAC, DVA, NDIS and CDM/EPC.
We are in close proximity to the Officer train station and bus stops.
