Here at Your Body Hub, we’re committed to answering your questions and helping you get the care you need and deserve.

If you can’t find an answer to your question here, please give the clinic a call or submit an inquiry.

What services do you offer?

At Your Body Hub, we offer a diverse range of clinical and natural therapies to help you heal, relax and recover.

When are you open? Are you open on Sundays?

Yes, we are open on a Sunday. We are open 7 days a week.

These are our trading hours:

Monday: 9am-8pm
Tuesday: 9am-8pm
Wednesday: 9am-8pm
Thursday: 9am-8pm
Friday: 9am-7pm
Saturday: 9am-5pm
Sunday: 10am-4pm

We do offer some services outside of these trading hours. Please contact us for further information.

Where are you located?

We are located at 26/445 Princes Hwy, Officer, 3809. This is located behind the Coles service station.  We are on the top level above Chelle’s Soulfoods.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, give cards can be purchased online, over the phone, and at our clinic.

Do you have wheel chair access?

Yes, we do. There is a lift onsite. Our clinic is located right outside the lift.

Do you offer services for children?

Yes, we offer services for all ages. If you would like further information on a specific service please contact us for more information.

What happens if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

We understand that life’s full of surprises, and sometimes plans change. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Giving us a call ahead of time not only helps us, but it could also brighten someone else’s day by freeing up a slot for them.

We strive to avoid fees whenever possible. However, if you’re unable to provide at least 24 hours’ notice before missing your appointment, we’ll need to charge a 50% fee of the scheduled service. This policy is in place to help us manage our schedule and ensure we can continue providing top-notch care to all our clients.

In cases where there’s no prior notice and you do not show up, a 100% fee will be charged. We reserve your appointment times especially for you and also incur costs to maintain the quality of our clinic.

As a courtesy, we typically send out SMS reminders, but please remember that attending your appointment is your responsibility. We’re here to assist you in maintaining your health, but keeping track of your appointments is ultimately up to you.

What happens if I can’t get to your clinic?

We understand that some clients are unable to get to the clinic for their appointments for various reasons. We offer Tele-Health and home visits for some of our services. Please contact us for further information.

How do I book an appointment? Can I book appointments online?

We have a few ways that you can book an appointment.

Do you have facilities onsite to claim private health insurance?

Yes, we have a HICAPS machine onsite to process your claims through your private health insurance company instantly.
Please note not all private health insurance companies are registered with HICAPS.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, Worksafe, TAC, DVA, NDIS and CDM/EPC.

Are you located near public transport?

We are in close proximity to the Officer train station and bus stops.
