We’re Seeking a Reception & Back of House Attendant to Join our Team

Your Body Hub is seeking to employ a self-motivated, compassionate and efficient Reception & Back of House Attendant to join our rapidly growing team.

We are a multi-disciplinary health and wellness centre providing a range of clinical services and natural therapies located in the South East of Melbourne.

We know the importance of living a healthier and happier life and are committed to offering high-quality clinical services and treatments to all of our clients.

You will be responsible for the professional appearance and hygiene, at times to be the front face of the business, being the first contact with “The Hub”. The role also entails assisting the preparation and cleaning of multiple rooms whilst tending to clients post therapy treatments. A professional, enthusiastic and honest image must therefore be maintained at all times. Being part of Your Body Hub, will give you the opportunity to contribute to and make a difference to how the business operates by being professional, helpful and pro active in your daily work routine.

Shifts will include nights and weekends. Position on offer is Part Time approx. 20hrs per week.

Candidate must have:

• Reception experience required
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Ability to effectively prioritise
• Problem assessment and problem solving
• Information gathering and information monitoring
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong customer service orientated
• Teamwork focus and approach
• COVID-19 Vaccination & Booster (as per industry mandated requirements)
