Clinical Myotherapist & Remedial Massage Therapist

Peter is a Clinical Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. With over a decade of experience in hands-on therapy, he combines clinical knowledge with a practical, personalised approach to treatment and rehabilitation.

After beginning his Remedial Massage studies in 2010, Peter continued to build on his skills and knowledge, completing a Bachelor of Myotherapy in 2023. His treatment philosophy centres on understanding the body as a whole, recognising that pain and dysfunction are often influenced by factors beyond the site of symptoms. By identifying and addressing these contributing factors, Peter aims to help his clients achieve meaningful and long-lasting results.

Peter has a particular interest in managing musculoskeletal pain and injury, including conditions affecting the hip, knee, ankle, neck, and lower back.

Sport has played a significant role throughout Peter’s career. He spent eight seasons working as a therapist with Dingley Football Club and currently serves as a Sports Trainer with Skye Football Club and Berwick Soccer Club. These roles have provided extensive experience in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of sporting injuries, as well as helping athletes return to peak performance safely and efficiently.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic pain condition, or simply looking to improve the way your body moves and feels, Peter is committed to providing effective, individualised care tailored to your goals.

Peter commonly assists clients with:

• General aches, pains, and muscular tension
• Postural-related pain and movement restrictions
• Hip, knee, and ankle injuries
• Sports injuries and rehabilitation
• Neck and shoulder pain
• Headaches and muscle tension
• Nerve-related pain and compression syndromes
• Sciatica and disc-related conditions
• Mobility, flexibility, and movement dysfunction
• Chronic pain conditions
• Injury prevention and recovery strategies

When he’s not in the clinic or on the sidelines supporting local athletes, Peter enjoys exploring the outdoors with his fur boy and can often be found passionately cheering on the Collingwood Magpies.
