Book an appointment with Stacey our Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Accredited Nutritionist (AN), and Accredited Sports Dietitian, with a passion for helping clients nourish and fuel their bodies for overall health, happiness and performance.
Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) are university qualified and trained to translate the latest scientific health and nutrition advice into practical advice. The APD credential is the only nutrition credential recognised by Medicare and most private health funds, and can be considered a public guarantee of nutrition and dietetic expertise. APDs assess nutritional needs and use Medical Nutrition Therapy to help people manage their health through food choices.
What to expect during a nutrition appointment; There is no one-size-fits all approach to nutrition. Stacey will work on a personalised nutrition plan with you, which will allow for long term, sustainable nutrition habits to be achieved. During an appointment Stacey will deliver the most recent and evidence-based nutrition advice and work with you to feel educated and build skills and awareness around food & nutrition.
Stacey promotes a Non-Diet Approach to health and nutrition, with a focus on helping clients achieve a healthy relationship with food, movement & their body. This includes assisting clients to learn what foods to eat, appropriate portions which adequately nourish & satisfy, and how to plan for meals.
