Achieve a Healthy Relationship with Food, Exercise and Your Body!
Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) are university qualified health professionals trained to translate the latest nutrition science into practical, personalised advice. The APD credential is the only nutrition qualification recognised by Medicare and most private health funds. APDs assess individual nutritional needs and use medical nutrition therapy to support people in managing health conditions, improving performance, and developing sustainable eating habits.
What to Expect During a Nutrition Appointment : There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Our dietitians work collaboratively with you to develop a personalised and realistic nutrition plan, supporting long-term, sustainable habits. During appointments, Shannon & Stacey provide evidence-based nutrition advice, practical strategies, and education to help build confidence, awareness, and skills around food and nutrition.
Our Dietitian Team : Shannon is a Dietitian with a strong focus on building positive and sustainable eating patterns without restrictive dieting. She supports clients through chronic disease management using evidence-based care, with areas of interest including gut health (IBS, IBD and gastrointestinal conditions), women’s health (PCOS, endometriosis, peri- and menopause), sports nutrition, and children’s health, including picky eating, food intolerances, ADHD, autism, and family-centred support. Shannon takes a holistic approach, empowering clients to understand their unique nutritional needs so they can properly nourish their bodies and thrive.
Stacey takes a non-diet approach to health and nutrition, supporting clients to develop a healthy relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. Through her business, Healthy Core, her approach focuses on nourishment, portion guidance, meal planning, and long-term wellbeing
